Exchanges & Returns
We hope you have enjoyed your Chimes shopping experience and that you receive your items in the best condition possible.
However, should you wish to return and exchange your items, here are a few reminders:
- Returns and exchanges must be made within seven (7) days from date of purchase.
- We will accept the item for exchange as long as the item is in the condition that it was shipped to you, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. There should be no visible signs or damage or tampering. However, please note that we cannot accept any returns on the following items:
- sale items
- under garments and swimsuits
- makeup and cosmetics
- face masks and protective equipment
- gift cards
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return/Exchange Request for Order#<your order number>" and we will get back to you about the status of your return.
- Once you have been notified, you will need to return the item within seven (7) working days. The item must be shipped to: Chimes Boutiques, Felcris Building, Governor Sales Street, Davao City 8000. We will send you a confirmation via e-mail once we have received the items.
- The first return to us is free of charge. However, the cost of shipping the item back to you (plus any other succeeding shipments) will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Refunds, if any, are in the form of store credits which you may also use online.
